About the project
Located on the coast of Maine along a 60-foot-tall cliff overlooking the Atlantic, this historic property was as challenging as it was rewarding. This two-phase project included a renovation followed by a new-build that more than doubled the room count to 400 keys. The project involved a complete gut renovation of the existing facilities, complemented by stunning hardscapes and landscaping. The property also features a world-class spa.
