Johnny Hilfiker brings over 18 years of construction management experience, overseeing nearly $200 million in hospitality, retail, industrial, and government projects. Before founding Allied Construction, he was a project manager at SRS Construction, WDG Construction, and Kite Realty Group, specializing in luxury hospitality and municipal developments.

Doug Sharpe

Doug Sharpe, Allied’s General Superintendent, brings over 20 years of construction management experience with a focus on medical, food service, and special-use industrial projects. Known for his ability to drive schedules and execute plans precisely, Doug excels at finding straightforward solutions to overcome challenges and keep projects on track.

Tyler Kirn

Tyler Kirn is a skilled Project Manager with over five years of experience overseeing projects from initiation to closeout, including subcontractor onboarding, contracting, change management, and team leadership. His background spans property management, engineering, construction, and telecommunications, where he has built strong stakeholder relationships and fostered efficient, solution-driven teams. A proactive problem solver, Tyler navigates challenges with strategic thinking and creativity. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Bluebeam Certified Professional, and a remote pilot license for drones. Tyler earned his degree in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Growing up in a hands-on environment, he gained extensive field experience before transitioning into estimating, where he honed his skills in cost analysis and project planning. Now serving as a superintendent, Morley oversees job sites with a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His well-rounded expertise, from hands-on craftsmanship to project management, makes him a highly respected leader in the industry.

Eryn Sargent is a dedicated Project Coordinator with a year of experience managing project logistics and organization. Before transitioning into project coordination, she built a strong background in retail, working as a Visual Merchandiser, Assistant Manager, and a member of the Buying Team at Böhme. Her experience in merchandising and operations has given her a keen eye for detail, organization, and teamwork. Eryn brings a strategic and creative approach to her work, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
